I had worked out how I wanted to do this cover–up over and over. I knew if I could pull the whiskers of the dragon through what open spots I had and utilize as much of the existing line work as possible, I could get some sort of vertical wind bars in place. It was very hard to figure out – I drew it on with a red marker, then a purple one, then a black one to be sure this would work. That made it very hard to outline and impossible to see what I had outlined, or colored – a crazy way to tattoo – but the only way I can do this kind of cover up. No fun, it gave me a headache. At least it's a good start and I'm happy with it. I'll clean it up next sit. Luke watched "Walking Tall" but I was too stressed and working too hard to really notice.
